David Newell Consultancy was formed in 1999, and since then has provided Architectural Planning Consultancy Services to both Property Developers and Property Owners alike. We specialise as a "one stop shop", delivering professional advice on optimising the potential of residential land and property, that extends from early feasibility and pre-application consultation through to the preparation of detailed plans for submission to local Planning and Building Control Authorities. We have a wide range of business contacts, and can also introduce clients both to potential purchasers and/or highly reputable developers.

The company has an enviable reputation in small new build projects, as well as in providing a personal service for planning any type of extension to existing properties. Our services do not stop there though, and we can offer clients confidential advice on land acquisition and disposal. We operate exclusively in the area of central south Hampshire, with close working links to the Planning and Building Control Departments at Eastleigh, Gosport & Fareham, Southampton & Winchester.
